1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan and online payments for nationwide & international orders. Custom-stitched orders require full advance payment.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Unstitched: 3–5 working days

  • Stitched: 20–25 working days

  • International Orders: 25–30 working days
    (Custom-stitched orders with lining require an additional 7 days.)

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping across Pakistan.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. Check your Junk/Spam folder as well.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Sale items and custom-stitched orders are non-returnable.

6. How do I start a return?

Email us at bellakhangizri@gmail.com with your order number, product pictures, and issue details.
Our team will review and guide you through the process.

7. Do you offer stitching services?

Yes, we offer stitching for selected articles.
Custom stitching requires advance payment and additional time.

8. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after 24 hours of placement.
Custom-stitched orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide except India & Bangladesh due to restrictions.

10. Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International customers may be charged customs taxes depending on their country’s regulations.
Bella Khan is not responsible for these charges.

11. Are the product colors accurate?

We try our best to display product colors accurately.
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen brightness, or device settings.

12. What if my parcel arrives in different packaging?

All parcels are shipped in official Bella Khan flyers.
If you receive any other packaging, please refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.
